Sub Agent, Highways

We are working with a main contractor who are recruiting a Sub Agent to join a local authority infrastructure scheme, circa £10m. The contractor is renowned for their culture, excellence in delivery and development of people. Their turnover is set to pass £1.5bn with projects thriving in highways, environment and construction across the country.

They are recruiting a Sub Agent to lead the engineering team and really take ownership of their part of this project, bridging the team of the day-to-day engineering and long-term programme.

The project will run until Spring 2025, and upon completion the team will move to another highways scheme in Oxfordshire due to start in Spring 2025.

Sub Agent duties:
• Creating quality assurance documentation
• Input into programming meetings
• Producing Inspection Test Plans
• Supporting the development of junior engineers
