Bribery Policy

1. Introduction
Run Resourcing Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to conducting its business activities with integrity, transparency, and in full compliance with the law. This Bribery Policy outlines the Company's stance against bribery and corruption and sets out the responsibilities of all employees and business partners to prevent bribery in any form.
2. Policy Statement
The Company prohibits any form of bribery, including offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting bribes, whether directly or indirectly. We adhere to the Bribery Act 2010, which makes it an offense to engage in bribery in the UK or internationally. We are committed to fostering a culture of zero tolerance towards bribery and will take decisive action against any breach of this policy.
3. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, consultants, agents, and business partners acting on behalf of the Company.
4. Definitions
For the purpose of this policy:
- Bribe: Any form of financial or non-financial advantage, inducement, or reward offered, promised, requested, or accepted to gain an unfair advantage.
- Facilitation Payment: Small payments or gifts made to expedite routine governmental actions or services.
- Business Partner: Any individual or entity who conducts business with or on behalf of the Company.

5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
5.1 Offering, Giving, or Receiving Bribes
Employees and business partners must not offer, give, or receive bribes, kickbacks, or improper incentives to influence business decisions or secure any unfair advantages.
5.2 Facilitation Payments
Facilitation payments, even if considered customary or routine in certain countries, are strictly prohibited under this policy.
5.3 Accepting Gifts and Hospitality
Accepting gifts, hospitality, or other favours that may influence or be perceived to influence business decisions is prohibited unless they are of nominal value, in line with common business courtesies, and given without an expectation of return favours.
5.4 Donations and Sponsorships
Donations and sponsorships made on behalf of the Company must be legal, transparent, and not intended to influence business decisions improperly.
6. Responsibilities
6.1 Employees and Business Partners
All employees and business partners must familiarize themselves with this policy, act in accordance with its principles, and report any suspected or actual breaches immediately.
6.2 Reporting
Any employee or business partner who suspects or witnesses a violation of this policy must report it promptly to their line manager, a supervisor, or the HR department. Alternatively, they may use the Company's confidential whistleblowing channels.

7. Compliance and Consequences
The Company will investigate all reported instances of bribery promptly, impartially, and confidentially. If a breach of this policy is confirmed, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken, which may include termination of employment or business relationships. In severe cases, legal action may be pursued against the individuals involved.
8. Training and Communication
The Company will provide regular training and communication on this policy to ensure all employees and business partners understand their responsibilities and obligations.
9. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure its continued effectiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
